vi format command

There  is  a  public  domain program called "fill" which will do exactly
what you want.  By compiling it with the "justify" option as the default
and naming it with a one letter command (like "f"),  you  can  format  a
paragraph  from  the current cursor position to the end of the paragraph
by:      !}f
