Are "mm" macros the same wherever they occur ?

  Just a couple o' questions 4 u: 

  1. Are all mm macros the same ? I am noticing serveral strangenesses 
     when I use them to format documents. The output seems to be a 
     teeeeeeny-weeeeeny bit off (e.g.  The page length is off my about 
     4millimeters or so).  Are the "mm" macros different depending on 
     which output device you choose ?  How can I correct the ones I 
     have on dwb to work correctly to an Apple Laswerwriter IINTX ?
    
  2. Is all AT&T internal doumentation in "mm" format ?
