Qume terminfo entry needed

I need a terminfo entry for a qume q102.  
Does anyone have such a beast?
If not here's the termcap entry for it.

	Does anyone out there have a conversion program that can
convert this to terminfo? I understand that the AT&T Toolchest
does. ( money is tight, so little chance of purchasing it)

PS. I can no doubt take the termcap and eventually come up with
    a working terminfo, but this would be work that I feel certain
    someone has already done.
