DMS on VM/CMS to curses on un*x

We run DMS,  IBM's old screen product offering. It's  simple, easy to use
and panels can be generated by other programs e.g. REXX.

Has  anyone  written  software  using  curses which  will  take  a  panel
definition file and  produce the same screen (with same  attributes) on a
un*x machine? Is anyone else interested?
