SunView windows creation problem. SunOS 4.0.3

  I'm getting the following error message when I attempt to create more than
3 or 4 windows inside of Sunview.  I'm running SunOS 4.0.3 on a Sun 3/80.

      no more windows available
      WIN ioctl number 1c: No such file or directory
      window: Window creation failed to get new fd.
      Cannot create base frame.  Process aborted.

  Again, I am inside Sunview and I have about 3 windows open.  The kernel 
config file is very generic.  The win128 and dtop1 options are included.
Any help would be appreciated.
