You might consider AT&T's MC68000 SGS package, or the slightly modified
version contained in the 630 MTG software development package. I use
the latter to generate code for downloading into a dedicated hardware
device (630 MTG terminal), and it works fine. (As usual I have made a
large number of bug fixes to the package, so if you can't get it to work
you might contact me about obtaining our edition.)
