SVR4.0x Memory Management

Does anyone know where I can either get a copy or buy a copy of the document-
ation describing the mechanisms used in System V Release 4.0 to cover 
memory management in the kernel? I was under the impression that the routines
in SYSV4.0 were taken from Sun and included in this release of SYSV.

Any ideas? I would appreciate even a one or two line blurb as to where I
might look....
