Internet telnet access in New Haven/Wby, CT area? Maybe Yale?

Does any charitable soul out there know where I can get a dial-in telnet
connection in the Waterbury/New Haven area? I need to access some University
libraries via Internet for some personal research I am doing. I also need to
access an account in Texas and Rohde Island for the same reason.

I would only need telnet access and nothing else. The login shell can be set
for telnet with no shell access. I would use the account only on evenings and
weekends.

I appeal especially to the educational community (Anyone in Yale, or Uconn
listening?) as my needs are educational. Perhaps someone in Yale has a Sun
workstation on Internet and can create accounts without too much red tape?
As I said, I only need telnet. I live in Cheshire, so New Haven, Waterbury,
Wallingford are all local calls to me. I would be willing to provide a 5 speed
(300, 1200, 2400, 4800, 9600) V.32 modem to this effect this connection.
