1. What is GNU General Public License ?
2. If someone wants to distribute his/her programs free,
   and protects other people from taking fee for copying,
   and distributing what would he/she do ?
   How about using copyleft ? Good idea ?
3. How could one distribute his/her programs under GNU ?
