escape sequences for cit600i

I'm trying to put together a System V line printer interface for the
cit600i printer, but don't have any documentation for it.  You could 
help me greatly my either sending me the printer interface, or filter
file, or just give me the escape sequences for things like:
	setting the page size,
	setting the font,
	setting the print quality,
	setting the number of characters per inch (cpi/horizontal pitch),
	setting the number of lines per inch (lpi/vertical pitch),
	and performing a reset.
