I need the YACC grammar for C

I'm afraid I garbled my last posting...

	Subject: Where can I get BNF description of K&R C?
	
	Sorry, if this is an oft-asked question, but I'm fairly new to this 
	newsgroup.  Is there someplace where I can download the BNF 
	description of C for usage with yacc? I would like a very complete 
	desciption.  As complete a description as possible.

As many of you may have suspected, I meant "I would like a yacc grammer for
K&R C."  I'm working on a project which involves opening a C file and locating
all the functions within the file (in order to tell what's a function and 
what's not a function reliably, I was planning on using yacc, and would need 
the yacc grammer for C).  

If anyone has such a yacc grammar and would be so kind as to mail it to me, I
would much appreciate it.
