Code Management Systems

Greetings --

I have been appointed to a team whose task it is to evaluate as many of 
the currently available Code Management Systems as possible.  Any infor-
mation regarding any CMS tools would be appreciated.  We are basically
starting from scratch and are looking for answers to questions like
What's available?  Is it any good?  What are its strengths and weaknesses?
How much does it cost? ect.  Please respond via e-mail or to the net.
