Configuring lp over lat

Help!  I want to print to a device that is attached to our LAT
terminal server using lp.  How do I configure the terminal server,
and what should the printcap file contain?  The terminal server is
a DEC Server 300, and the computer is a DEC System 5400 running Ultrix V3.1.

I tried sending this message to the info-ultrix list, but it was
bounced.
