Use of .vtlmgrsetup file.

I'm running AT+T Unix 386/3.2 and I was wondering if anyone knows
the options and/uses of the .vtlmgrsetup file.  It seems to be used
when you set up a user using FACE.  Does anyone know what I'm
talking about?  Thanx in advance.  ttyl.
