Scripsit-16 -> WordPerfect/DCA Conversion

Does anyone out there have a program to convert Tandy's SCRIPSIT-16
files to WordPerfect, Word, IBM(DCA), or other common word processing
format?  I don't want to have to re-invent the wheel.

I am also looking for technical documentation on the IBM DCA (Document
Conversion Architecture).
