Info Needed Computer Based Training Reference Docs Tutorial Systems

I am gathering information.

I need information about 
1) Computer Based Training Systems/Programs
	From both the user and author side.
2) Interactive (hypertext style?) reference systems /programs.
3) Online tutorial systems/programs
4) Smart front ends that will perhaps point or take a user to
	training reference tutorial as requested and perhaps
	on error.

Hopefully these programs would run on a *nix box either sysV or bsd.

I am gathering this information to help Sequent plan some strategies.
