Does anyone have a version of ftpd that restricts the number of
anonymous ftp users?  We're currently enjoying over 800 anonymous
ftp'ers per day on our MicroVax 3500 running 4.3 BSD.  Any hints on
how to control the mobs?  Also, we have enough ftpd processes sleeping
right now (about 33) with no ftp users logged in at the moment.
What's the deal?
