Where is the GNU rewrite of gprof?

Greetings,

	I am very interested in the GNU rewrite of gprof(1).  However, I can not
seem to locate it in the GNU package.  The distribution notice
prep.ai.mit.edu!~/gnu/etc/DISTRIB mentions it in the GNU object file utilities.

	Where can I find the GNU object file utilities; in particular, gprof(1)
(preferably anonymous ftp).  Thanks for any help.
