Connecting to stdin

Ok, here goes, maybe SOMEONE can answer this question...
If someone else is logged in to my account, I can write to their screen via
% cat > dev/ttyXY
and the message appears (on their stdout, I assume??). Is there any
way to direct it to stdIN, so that our UNIX box will think that the other
user actually typed it? I would like to force the other user on my account
to execute a command this way... trust me, there IS a good reason for this!
:)
just another UNIX hacker...
