SunOs 4.1.1/SYSVR{3,4}. Which is better?

Dear Netters,
	We here at Kent State Supply Center will soon be buying either a
Sun Sparcstation or a Motorola 88000 machine.  My boss has a few
questions for all of you experienced in either or both of these
machines.  First off, what does sunos 4.1.1 have in it, IE how much BSD
stuff and how much SYSV.(3,4) does it have?  Secondly, how does sunos
4.1.1 compare to SYSV.(3,4) for those who have seen/worked with both? 
Also what are some pros and cons for sunos 4.1.1 and SYSV.(3,4)?
