How to connect a PC Term to UNIX

Hy,
	I have Wyse60 Terminals and I like them.
	I have installed Mscreen which is included in SCO XENIX/UNIX.

	But I like to work on my Terminals like on the console, so VP/IX or
	WORD can work propely in PC compatile mode and I have the funny
	stuff of multiscreen.

	Is there any idee to connect to SCO XENIX console driver to a
	serial line. So I can setup the terminal to PC TERM, can configure
	my own keyboard layout in /usr/lib/keyboard to load it with mapkey,
	running multiscreen to switch between different consols (igigigg
	the are now addianal screen pages in PC TERM,shit). Ok, but I think
	this still a good question.
