UNIX:STAT Statistics Program

There is an almost-PD program, |STAT, which is written by Gary Perlman at
cis.ohio-state. It is copyrighted, and he demands payment, but it is
ridiculously low (<$50). In my opinion, it hardly covers mailing costs.
Sending him email will probably be the best way to get a copy. Also,
sci.math.stat has good announcements on such items.
