Oracle - what sort of database system is it? Is it for Uni

Oracle is on the Internet and can be reached at Oracle.com.  The only 
person in sales that I know is Dave Keller who is DKeller at oracle.com.
He handles fortune 500 companies so may not be the right guy to deal 
but should be able to direct your inquiries to the proper person at
Oracle.  I have found Oracle personnel to be uniformly helpful and
courteous.
