LP Spooler interface for Diablo 630

Does anyone have a spooled printer interface program for a Diablo 630
daisy-wheel printer?  I checked the interfaces in my /usr/spool/lp/model
directory, but nothing was found for a Diablo. 

If you have one that works (and you can part with a copy), please E-mail
