shell in programs

A quick and dirty way is to use the system() subroutine, ie:

	system("cp myfile yourfile");

Another way is to use the fork() exec() yourself, such as:

	if ( fork() )
		wait(NULL);
	else
		execl("/bin/sh","sh","-c","cp myfile yourfile");
