Packet Driver needed from Public domain software.

           I am looking for the Packet driver for TCP/IP.  Could someone
           tell me where I can get such public domain source?

           I believe Clarkson University has such public domain sources.

           Thus, could someone tell me the Internet Address for Clarkson?
           Furthermore, which directories should I look?

           Any assistance is greatly appreciated!!
