Zmodem Compiling

Howdy!  Help would be appreciated here...I'm trying to compile the 
Zmodem source I ftp'd from wuarchive.wustl.edu here on Berkeley.  
When I compile:

cc -O sz.c -o sz

It comes back with "can't find termio.h".  I ran a file find and
cannot find this library anywhere on the system.  Help!  Must I go
and d/l this file from a site, or request it, or what?!

Any help would be appreciated!  Thanx a lot!
