Segmentation fault on Apollo machines

Hi netters,
  Please help me to understand and solve the problem I am facing, which
is explained below :
  I have developed program in C for our IC CAD system, which works
fine on sun3/sun4 and on all SunOS 4.X. Recently I have received a
message from one of the users of this program that it gives 
"Segmentation fault" on a an APOLLO DOMAIN system. After further
probing it is found that the program works fine only if there are 
a limited(let us say only one) window open. If there are lot of 
windows open(let us say more than 15), then the program comes out
with the "segmentation fault". I don't know the reason why?
   Some other useful information could be :
     with "uname -a" command, it gives 

       DomainOS node_26f 10.1 sys5.3 DN3500
