troff - page layout

	Can anyone tell me if there is a way to tell troff to rotate
	a page x degrees. I seem to remember there being a way but I
	cannot find it listed in any of my (Sun) documentation.

	I'm using tbl to format a table. When running the tbl generated
	roff code through troff I get numerous "Zero Field Width." error
	messages. I think this is because troff does not know that the
	page will be rotated later by pscat -L. By the way .ll 11 does not
	work. The table fits on the rotated page but the last column of
	data (np-2) comes out unaligned.
