jove 14.3 on HP-UX

I have just gotten jove 14.3 from cs.toronto.edu and have so far failed
to install it on an Apollo 400t running HP-UX 7.? Decalring the machine
to be SYSV, everything compiles, but I'm left with the following
unreferenced externals at the first ld call.

sighold sigrelse ospeed BC UP PC

The first two are actually mentioned in TFM, but I have so far failed
tracking them down by rooting around in /usr/include. I have no sources
for HP-UX. Any ideas?
