Questions on ftp and downloading files from a remote site

I am also interested in this info.  However, I am also in need of ftp via
email instructions.  I know it is possible, but not how.

I also am a user at a waffle site and haven't yet figured out how to add
a subject line to a mail message, required to receive ftp's from
info at .... sites.
