Where's another mail ftp site?

I sent a mail ftp type message to bitftp at pucc.princeton.edu and received
the following message:

Soooo, does anyone know where else one can send messages for this type
service, when one is connected to internet; OR how one would NOW re-phrase
the request to get it to work?
