Help, Communication set up for Unix on 386

Hi,
I am working on a project to develop an Oracle application on a
UNIX 386 machine. My problem is, this application will be accessed
by remote PC-DOS Users (out of state) who will dial into this machine to 
execute this application. User will get a set of menus and should be able to
 carry out SQL type queries. Will all Users see the same menus upon 
logging in ?

I want to know if it is feasible to configure the system using multiple
phone lines (with same dial-in number) with a multiplexer or is it more
complicated than that. Users will be allowed to down load files using
Kermit etc. Is there any public domain/commercial software available to
 do this.

I am thinking of using a package like ProComm at remote users site to 
download files after logging in to the system. I want to know if the
 system will preventother users from dialing-in when a user is logged
 on ( UNIX 386 machine). BTW the ethernet is not an option. 
Would a Unix BBS do the job?

This project is part of my research work and I am already way behind schedule.
