ESIX & binary tftp

I am trying to boot my NCD X terminal off my ESIX box, but it seems
that /etc/tftpd does not handle binary transfers properly.

Before I try to bring up tftpd from theBSD networking source, I was
hoping that one of you had encountered this problem and found a fix.
