Automatic placing of Tektronix 4014 xterm window?

	I am trying to start an xterm in Tektronix 4014 emulator mode.
	All is well except I can't figure out how to automatically place
	the window, no matter what I do it always expects mouse input to
	place the window. I have tried to specify the geometry in several
	different ways, but it always seems to be ignored.
	I have tried all of the following command lines and others:

xterm -t -g 155x170+0+10
xterm -t %geometry 155x117+0+0
xterm -t %geom 155x117+0+0
xterm -t %geom155x117+0+0
xterm -t -xrm tekGeometry 155x117+0+0
xterm -t -xrm tekGeometry155x117+0+0
xterm -t -xrm tekGeometry55x17+0+0
xterm -t -xrm tekGeometry55x17+0+0 &
xterm -t %geom155x117+0+0 &

	I am running ISC 2.2 with the display set to VGAPAN (800x600).
	I am also running the version of `twm` which came with ISC 2.2
