Len Rose hired/fired at Interactive

I have been reading the strangest stuff in Computer Underground Digest
(available as an alt group or by email from TK0JUT2%NIU.BITNET at UICVM.UIC.EDU)
and telecom digest about Interactive (of all places) hiring
Len Rose, firing him within a week, and having him arrested for what
sounds much like ordinary computer guru type activities.  I even hear
that they refused to pay wages for the time he was on their payroll or
expenses he turned in.  These are things companies always do even if an 
employee has machine gunned the lunch room (labor laws).  Anyone
have any insight into what games are being played there?  Email
to me will be respected as to privacy, or I will post anonymously
on request.
