Bell Technologies Workstation Graphics engine

I have a Bell Technologies Workstation Graphics Engine for a 
Bell/Intel 386 with no manual. The card is not working at all
and we have no way to interpret the led's or configuration 
switches.

Does anyone have any information on the card; Ideally a manual,
but any experience will be useful. Also, does anyone know if
this card is supported by interactive unix-386 version 2.0.
