V.4 Bootstrap Interface

Can anybody give me any pointers to the documentation for the
Bootstrap-Kernel Interface used by System V Release 4?

There is nothing about it in the documentation that comes with the
source code product (either hardcopy or machine readable).

Please reply by email - I'll summarize if I get any replies.
