no more bold text with isc 2.2 ?

how do i make bold chars ?? with 2.0.2 "^[[1m" did it, now that does
nothing. i tried up to "^[[14m" (with some funny results :-) to no
avail. i have a hercules card and the KDDISPTYPE ioctl confirms that,
so it's not a setup problem.
