Disk Space for SCO

How much hard disk does one REALLY need for SCO UNIX?  I have in
mind a full character-based UNIX with C, shell, SCCS, make, etc.
I am not interested in X, but I would like to run DOS under UNIX.
Also, is ksh available with SCO UNIX?

(I may have a consulting assignment, and need to get a machine purchased
and set up SOON!)
