Multi-Window (screen?)

 I am looking for a PD or sharewar program/utility/device driver
 that will allow me to open multiple windows on curses compatible
 terminals.

 I would Ideally like each segment to be able to act in either a
 modem where they emulat a 80x24 terminal, or the "real" size, and
 allow curse programs to run in eahc.


 Asking to much huh ?
