Serial drivers for Altos 500

The Altos 500 (alias Laguna Systems) 386 AT bus computer was originally
shipped with a 6 port serial I/O card and Altos's hacked semi-System V
version of UNIX (version 5.3.1a). Unfortunately, Altos has just about
orphaned this box ... no O/S upgrades, no Wordperfect support, etc.

I am seeing more clients that would be glad to switch to another *NIX, but
without drivers for the serial card this can be overly expensive. I don't
*think* Altos actually manufactered this card, but haven't been able to
find a clue as to who did.

Does anyone know of such drivers for use on this card under ISC or
SCO (Xenix preferably)? I you can help, E-mail would be best ... frankly I'm
finding it much harder to keep up with the net with all the original comp
groups split up.

Thanks in advance ...
