Do you really mean this? It seems to me that you really only need to
negotiate once, since the parameters of the synchronous transfer are not
going to change. It also seems a waste of SCSI bus bandwidth, since going
through the extended message sequence before the command phase on each
data transfer would add to the overhead of the command.
