I don't know of a PD program, but there are several commercial ones.
We use X-Vison from VisonWare in the UK. Unipress sells it over here.
Its great. It runs with FTP Software's (unfortunate name, that) TCP/IP
for DOS. X-Vision runs under Windows. You'll need memory, too ....
