Try Systems Strategies, Inc in New York (send me email for the phone
number - it's at the office.). They make a wide range of unix based main-
frame connectivity products. I've been using their 3270 and 3770 products
and am extremely pleased with the product and the company.
I can't say enough about the quality of customer service. When we bought
our first product from them, we'd just bought ISC 2.2. They had not
had a chance to port their installpkg from 2.0.2 to 2.2 (Interactive
made what appears to be arbitrary changes to the installpkg driver which
breaks some older scripts.) When we discovered the problem, one of their
support engineers dialed into our system and worked for the better part
of a day customizing our installation and making it work. On another
occasion, we were having problems getting their board and a Comtrol
smart async board (another great company!) to live together. This is
a support engineer's worst nightmare. They worked with us until the problem
was fixed and even volunteered to conference call with Comptrol support
to resolve the problem. In other words, first rate.
