Running ethernet card with SCO ODT on PS/2 mc?

Hi!  Is there anyone out there who has been using any ethernet card
on a PS/2 microchannel machine (with SCO ODT)?  If there is, we would 
like to know what card is that, what configuration does it use (IRQ level, 
I/O addr, RAM base), and what problems does/will it create.  
This is important to us, any information is appreciated.  Thank you!
