AT&T ANSI C Compiler Bug

If you have the 5.0 ANSI C compiler suite for SV/386 R3.2.2, try
executing a program that contains a call to exp(x) where x != 0. I get
"floating point exception - core dump" for every other value.
If there is a fix or a later version, please let me know how to get it.
On my system, "cc -V" returns "(SCDE) 5.0/3 05/25/90"
