G++ on ESIX V/386, anyone

I now have G++ working on ESIX using the GNU COFF patches on osu-cis.

I've heard that COFF-Encapsulation using GAS and GLD, works on ESIX
but I never got it to work and so went to the native COFF port.
I wish that the COFF patches would be integrated with new versions of
GCC and G++ in preference to using COFF encapsulation.
