I have suggested many times that instead of 30 days support SCO offer
4 hours support any time within the first year. That way the people who
can't read would blow it on low level support (I bet the people who
answer the phone the first time are cheaper than the backup team so SCO
should like that) and the expert users could hoard the time for serious
problems.
If a vendor was being really fair they would charge for time if it
turned out they had a bug!
