uugetty with SCO ODT 1.0/UFE update

After installing UFE on a 386/20 running SCO ODT 1.0 uugetty ceased to work.
The solution was to change the /etc/gettydefs entry borrowed from a XENIX 386
system as follows:

old:
n # EXTA ..... # EXTA .......

new:
n # B19200 .... # B19200 ....

Running "getty -c gettydefs" on "gettydefs" with EXTA or B19200 results in
identical output, and no errors flagged.
